I’m Natalie! I’m 38, live in Portland, Oregon, and I started Keto Cook Journal as a way to share what I’ve learned (and keep learning) about feeling better through food.

A few years back, I was stuck in a cycle of burnout always tired, constantly craving sugar, and feeling like food was more of a problem than a joy. I stumbled into keto out of curiosity, but it quickly became something more. It helped me reset, clear my head, and finally feel like myself again.

I’m not a chef, but I’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen testing recipes that are simple, satisfying, and actually doable because I know what it’s like to be busy, stressed, and trying to eat better without losing your mind (or giving up your favorite foods).

Keto Cook Journal is where I put all of that recipes, tips, grocery hacks, and honest stories about what’s worked (and what totally hasn’t). Whether you’re new to keto or just looking for easy ways to stay on track, you’re welcome here. No judgment, no perfection, just real food and real talk.

Glad you found your way here. Let’s figure it out together, one meal at a time.
