  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese Crumbled, high quality
  • 1/2 cup Candied pecans Coarsely chopped
For the dressing
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Shallot Minced
