Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret first into the egg, then into the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Place coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, and garlic powder.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.
