Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Mushrooms
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms halved or quartered if large
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a separate small bowl, toss the mushrooms with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak bites. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Continue to cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the mushrooms are tender.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C). Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and steak thickness.
