Method
- In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, toss the mushrooms with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.
- Add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak bites. Toss gently to combine.
- Continue to cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the mushrooms are tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C). Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and steak thickness.
