Chicken
  • 650 g Chicken breast approx 4, cut in half lengthways (so you end up with 2 very thin fillets from each piece of chicken)
Coating
  • 6 tsp Paprika
  • 6 tsp Dark brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Garlic granules
  • 3 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200℃/400F while you prepare the chicken.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthways to create thinner fillets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the coating ingredients. Add the chicken pieces and coat them thoroughly.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the chicken in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through. Check with a thermometer to ensure it reaches a safe internal temperature.
