Berry Popsicles

A simple and refreshing berry popsicle recipe perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a creamier texture, add a tablespoon of yogurt or coconut milk before blending.
