- Place blueberries and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a jar and set aside.
- Fill a jar or cocktail shaker with 4-5 ice cubes. Add blueberry puree, tequila, triple sec, and margarita mix. Secure the lid and shake for 15 seconds. Fill the reserved margarita glass with ice and pour the mixture over. Squeeze a small lime wedge, garnish with blueberries, and serve.

Notes
If you don't have margarita mix, use this formula for one serving: 2 parts tequila Blanco, 1 part triple sec or orange liquor, 1 part honey simple syrup (or regular simple syrup), ½ part fresh lime juice, 2 parts blueberry puree. This recipe makes extra blueberry puree that you can use for more margaritas or other recipes. If you don't have frozen blueberries, you can blend fresh blueberries with ice; you may need to blend longer. Keep margarita glasses in the freezer until ready to serve for a colder drink. To make a non-alcoholic beverage, omit the tequila and triple sec and add more blueberry juice or puree.
