- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups of water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and undiluted broccoli cheese soup. Transfer this mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Top the chicken and broccoli mixture with the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the stuffing.
- Cover the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
