  • 1 log Goat Cheese e.g., Bijou aged goat cheese
  • 1 wedge Sharp White Cheddar Cheese e.g., Kerrygold aged cheddar
  • 1 wheel Brie
  • 1 piece Parmigiano Reggiano
Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
Crackers & Crostini
  • 1 baguette Toasted baguette slices seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 box Water crackers
Meats & Charcuterie
  • 4 oz Sliced salami
  • 4 oz Sliced soppressata
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
Other Accompaniments
  • 1/2 cup Black olives
  • 1/2 cup Green olives
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Flakey Sea Salt e.g., Maldon Salt

Method
 

  1. Take cheese out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cheese should be served at room temperature.
  2. Assemble all ingredients on a large cutting board or platter.
