Cheesy Ravioli Bake

Ingredients
  

For the Bake
  • 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli 20 ounces
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24 ounces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ravioli according to package directions, but undercook by 1-2 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained ravioli, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage to the sauce for a heartier meal. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes can add a touch of heat.
