Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Lasagne
  • 400 g Crème fraîche
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Spiced shortbread or amarettini cookies crumbled
  • 300 g Frozen raspberries
For Garnish
  • 30 g Meringues white and pink, crumbled

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat the crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar with the beaters of a handheld electric mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy.
  2. Crumble the cookies coarsely.
  3. Alternately layer the raspberries, crumbled cookies, and crème fraîche mixture into four dessert glasses.
  4. Chill the layered dessert for at least 3 hours.
  5. Just before serving, crumble the meringues coarsely and sprinkle them over the top of each dessert.
