Cozy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

These wraps are a quick and comforting meal, perfect for a weeknight dinner. They combine seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter room temperature
  • 0.5 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt
For the Wraps
  • 20 oz. cooked chicken cubed or shredded, approximately 4 cups
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1.25 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 prepared ranch dressing for dipping

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the garlic butter. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly into the centers of each of the 4 tortillas.
  5. Fold in the top and bottom of one tortilla, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Brush the garlic butter evenly on the outside of each wrap.
  7. Place a large non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
