  • 1/4 cup Whole-milk plain strained yogurt Greek-style
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 4 cups Shredded carrots from 3 large carrots
  • 1/2 cup Golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup Scallions thinly sliced

Method
