Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast Cut into strips
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk

  • Mixing Bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken tender strip first into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, you can spray them lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
