- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken tender strip first into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispy tenders, you can spray them lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
