Method
- Place the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and optional sweetener in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, like soft-serve ice cream. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
- Serve immediately for a soft sorbet consistency, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours for a firmer sorbet.
Notes
If the sorbet is too hard after freezing, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.
