Ingredients

For the Cookie Crust
  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16.5 oz
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a baking sheet to form a large circle or rectangle.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the cookie crust cool completely.
  3. While the crust cools, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat in the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the blueberries on one side of the frosting to create the blue section of the flag. Then, arrange the sliced strawberries and raspberries in rows on the remaining frosting to create the red stripes.
  7. Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can use other red and blue fruits like cherries or blackberries. Ensure all fruits are washed and dried before arranging.
