Ingredients
  

For the Layers
  • 1 box pound cake cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 16 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced

  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  2. In a large glass bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the pound cake.
  4. Layer half of the blueberries and half of the strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers: pound cake, cream cheese mixture, blueberries, and strawberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute other berries like raspberries for additional color and flavor.
