- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
- In a large glass bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the pound cake.
- Layer half of the blueberries and half of the strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers: pound cake, cream cheese mixture, blueberries, and strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute other berries like raspberries for additional color and flavor.
