Ingredients

For the Bark
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Pretzels broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Rice cereal squares
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Red candy melts
  • 1/4 cup Blue candy melts

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the broken pretzels, rice cereal squares, and mini marshmallows over the melted white chocolate.
  5. Melt the red and blue candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls, following the same 30-second interval method until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the bark in a decorative pattern.
  7. Sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles over the top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
  9. Once firm, break the bark into pieces and serve.
