Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
- Immediately sprinkle the broken pretzels, rice cereal squares, and mini marshmallows over the melted white chocolate.
- Melt the red and blue candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls, following the same 30-second interval method until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the bark in a decorative pattern.
- Sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles over the top before the chocolate sets.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
- Once firm, break the bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store any leftover bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
