Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, mix together the minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle the garlic parmesan mixture over the hot potatoes and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, ensure they are dry before tossing with oil. You can adjust the amount of garlic and parmesan to your preference.
