Method
- Soak the corn in water for at least 15 minutes. This helps the husks steam the corn.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the silks from the corn, but leave the husks on. Drizzle the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Carefully remove the corn from the grill. Let it cool slightly before shucking the husks.
- Serve the grilled corn hot.
Notes
You can add butter, chili powder, or lime juice after grilling for extra flavor.
