- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the prepared portobello mushrooms, gill-side up, on a baking sheet. Brush the marinade evenly over the tops and insides of the mushrooms.
- Carefully place the marinated mushrooms directly on the preheated grill grates, gill-side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.

You can serve these grilled portobello mushrooms as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course. They pair well with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
