Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados, ripe Look for large avocados. If using small ones, add one more.
  • ½ small yellow onion finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime juiced. Use fresh lime for best flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork. You can make it as chunky or smooth as you prefer.
  3. Add the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, and salt to the bowl. Stir everything together.
  4. Taste the guacamole and add more salt or lime juice if needed.
  5. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
