- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in the water and beaten eggs.
- Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and evenly browned.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you plan to serve your meatballs in sauce, add them to the simmering sauce during the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
