- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Melt the butter in a large, heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is fully cooked. The sauce will become stickier and thicker the longer it cooks.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken bites over rice, pasta, or with your favorite vegetables.
