For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
