Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 ounces each
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Place chicken breasts on the preheated grill.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite side dishes such as a salad, roasted vegetables, or rice.
