- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Mix well.
- Grease a 13"-by-9" baking dish with cooking spray. Season the chicken breasts all over with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper, if using. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 165ºF (74ºC). Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
