- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the peaches.
- Pour the peach mixture into the 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the 1 cup flour and brown sugar.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined. The topping will be crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the cobbler cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
