Peach Burrata Platter

Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 balls burrata cheese room temperature
  • 3 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Equipment

  • Serving platter
  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Arrange the burrata balls and sliced peaches on a serving platter.
  2. Scatter the torn basil leaves and toasted pine nuts over the peaches and burrata.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, honey, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the platter just before serving.

Notes

You can substitute nectarines or plums for peaches if they are in season.
