Ingredients

For the Baked Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese about 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup Pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
For the Peach Topping
  • 2 medium Peaches peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
For Serving
  • 1 bag Baguette sliced

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Small saucepan

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the wheel of Brie on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the Brie.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and melty.
  5. While the Brie is baking, prepare the peach topping. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the diced peaches, honey, and cinnamon to the saucepan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are slightly softened.
  7. Once the Brie is baked, remove it from the oven. Spoon the warm peach topping over the melted Brie.
  8. Serve immediately with sliced baguette for dipping.

Notes

You can toast the pecans separately before adding them to the brown sugar for an extra layer of flavor. If you don't have fresh peaches, you can use canned or frozen peaches, but drain them well before cooking.
