Peanut Butter Fudge

This peanut butter fudge is a simple and delicious dessert for when you have sweet cravings.

Ingredients
  

For the Fudge
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not stir during the last minute of boiling.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let the fudge cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares.
