Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing your favorite
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and keeps the salad crisp.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, you can add croutons just before serving. This salad is best served immediately after tossing to maintain its crispness.
