For the Beef and Potatoes
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch bites
  • 2 pounds baby Honey Gold potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix packet
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 Tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Add the steak, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top. Pour the beef broth over the mixture.
  3. Place the butter on top and cover with the lid. Cook on the low heat setting for 8 hours.
