  • 4 Russet potatoes cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or line it with a slow cooker liner.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until combined.
  3. Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the top of these ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Serve the chicken, potatoes, and carrots with the sauce poured over the top.

Notes
