Ingredients
  

For the Eggs
  • 12 hard boiled eggs unpeeled
  • 6 drops blue food coloring
For the Filling
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • to taste salt
For Garnish
  • optional black sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix water with the blue food coloring.
  2. Gently crack the shells of the hard-boiled eggs with a spoon. Do not remove the shells.
  3. Place the cracked eggs in the blue food coloring mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator, peel them carefully, and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the egg yolks into a separate bowl. Set the egg white halves aside.
  6. Mash the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, green food coloring, mustard, and vinegar until well combined.
  7. Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the egg white halves.
  8. Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired.
