Steak Kabobs with Peppers and Onions

These steak kabobs are a simple and delicious way to enjoy grilled meat and vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a backyard barbecue.

Ingredients
  

For the Kabobs
  • 1.5 lbs Beef sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Bell pepper any color, cut into 1-inch pieces
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Skewers
  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients: olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Add the cubed steak, onion pieces, and bell pepper pieces to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating the pieces.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes, zucchini, or mushrooms to your kabobs. Serve with rice or a side salad.
