- Make the base: Use a jug that will hold at least 3 cups. Add the grape or apple juice, green tea, and lemon juice. Stir.
- Add the strawberries, raspberries and acai powder to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a muslin cloth or fine sieve. Pour into the jar with the juice and stir until combined.
- To serve, layer crushed ice and a few sliced fresh strawberries in two glasses. Pour the drink over and top with a sprig of mint.

Dissolve acai powder properly by mixing it with a small amount of warm water before adding it to the drink to prevent clumps. Brew the green tea strong by steeping it longer than usual (about 5 minutes) to enhance the flavor without making it bitter. If you like a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey, agave, or simple syrup. For a tarter taste, add an extra splash of lemon juice. You can also add coconut milk for a creamier drink. Store leftovers in a jar with a lid and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
