- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, basil, and dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn, or protein like grilled chicken or chickpeas. Adjust herbs to your preference.
