- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Cook, stirring and adding more oil if mixture is too dry, until coated, about 1 minute more.
- Divide chicken among tortillas, then top with desired toppings.
Notes
This recipe is great for meal prepping. Prepare the chicken and chop your toppings ahead of time for quick assembly on Taco Tuesday.
