- Preheat your oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, combine the trimmed green beans, minced garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the green beans are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated green beans in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
