Method
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the turkey slices over the hummus.
- Top the turkey with shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and bell pepper slices.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like spinach or red onion. For a different flavor, try mustard or a light vinaigrette instead of hummus.
