Watermelon Slush

A simple and refreshing watermelon slush recipe.

Ingredients
  

For the Slush
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, to taste

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen watermelon cubes, water, lime juice, and optional sugar into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker slush, use less water. For a sweeter slush, add more sugar or a sweetener of your choice.
