Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size chunks
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soups and milk. Set aside.
  3. Place chicken into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir to make sure each piece is seasoned. Make sure the chicken is in a single layer.
  4. Spread the soup mixture over the chicken, making sure all the chicken is covered.
  5. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the soup mixture.
  6. Slowly drizzle the chicken broth over the stuffing, making sure it all gets moistened.
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until casserole is bubbly and stuffing is browned.
  8. Serve hot.
