Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

For the Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Granola your favorite kind
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. In a glass, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Add half of the berries and half of the granola.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

To keep your parfait crunchy, add the granola just before serving if you are not eating it immediately. You can also layer the granola at the very bottom to prevent it from getting soggy.
